Kubota Senju Ginjo - Sake 720ml 15.6%

The concept is 'Versatile Ginjo style Sake to be enjoyed with food'. The nose is a mix of dried fruits, nutmeg and banana yoghurt cake. Relatively light and dry sake with dried pineapple, coconut and kick of coffee beans.
